Anytime Mixed Levels Yoga/PG

Description: 
Hatha Yoga poses coordinated with various Yogic breathing techniques
Stress reducing meditations and techiques
Poses are performed on a Yoga mat
Classes are customized to meet the physical needs of the participants
Fundamentals: 
Deeper stretches are emphasized
All muscles are stretched mindfully
Balance poses are used to "fall proof" the body
Props may be used to facilitate stretches
Yogic breathwork (pranayama) serves as the foundation of the movements
The meditative focus of the practice calms the mind
Level of Difficulty: 
This class is suitable for all levels
Multi-level instructions are given so that each student can choose the appropriate level
Equipment Needed: 
Yoga Mat or Large Towel
Yoga Blocks (optional)
Yoga Strap (optional), a bathrobe belt or old necktie will do
What to Wear: 
Loose or stretchy clothing is most comfortable
We generally practice yoga barefoot, but socks may be worn
